ASG’s DirectLinx Managed IT Services Programs features the following:

• 24/7 Network Monitoring – Monitors aspects of the network and reports on problems before they escalate into downtime or expensive repair issues.
• Notifications – Our Network Operations Center receives notifications, creates a ticket and prioritizes and takes action on them.
• Help Desk Support Services – You will have access to our remote help desk services.
• Remote & Onsite Server/Workstation Management – Network management can be performed remotely and onsite if required.  (Labor charges may apply)
• Windows Updates / Patch Management – Patching systems with Windows updates are critical to your network’s security. 
• Proactive Preventative Maintenance – With our Pro DirctLinx Service, servers and workstations will automatically be scanned weekly for viruses/spyware/malware, harddrive cleanings, and defrag scans. 
• Scheduled Remote and On-Site Routine Maintenance – Preventive maintenance ensures that your servers, workstations and other vital network devices functions optimally and improves reliability and security.  (Labor charges may apply)
• Network Executive Summary Reporting – Each month clients will receive a network report which assigns a grade of your network technology infrastructure as well as an asset summary report.
