Robert Mitchell, President
Rob Mitchell has been installing, servicing and optimizing computers and computer networks since 1989. He is an A+ Certified Technician and is also an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional). Rob believes that good communication and honesty is the cornerstone of his business practices. As a matter of fact, he is still servicing some of his first customers who have now been with him for over 15 years. Some of them have even given him keys to their office so that he can do his service and maintenance before and after business hours if necessary.
Dave Dempster, Vice President
Dave Dempster is our Senior Technician, and has been servicing PC's and networks for more than 8 years. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and hit the ground running as ASG's Senior Technician with his expertise in systems integration, database development, customer support, troubleshooting, planning and training. Dave has numerous proficiencies in software, operating systems, languages and hardware, including Windows servers & systems, Cisco Routers, VPNs and IP Telephony.
Holly Heger, Operations Manager
Holly Heger has been with ASG since 2002. No matter when you call ASG you get a live person on the phone and during business hours that person is Holly. She will help you troubleshoot a problem or set up an appointment for service. Holly also checks-in, schedules and tracks service on all in-house diagnostics and repairs.
