Your extension travels to your laptop and your cell, and adds, moves, and changes are a message to us instead of a ticket with your phone company.
- ✓Cloud-hosted 3CX, patched and managed by ASG
- ✓SIP channels and carrier service included, one bill
- ✓Desk phone, laptop, and cell on one extension
- ✓Auto attendant and call routing built for you
- ✓Call recording and call reporting included
- ✓Adds, moves and changes handled for you
A phone system, not a phone bill
Cloud-Hosted 3CX
3CX is a software PBX (the system that routes your calls) built on the open SIP standard, and ASG runs yours as a hosted PBX in the cloud, on infrastructure we own the upkeep of. No appliance in your closet to age out, no phone hardware to replace on someone else's schedule.
Managed & Recoverable
We keep the platform and your handset firmware current, back up the phone-system database, and hold the recovery path. Security updates on a phone system are the part that quietly never gets done everywhere else.
SIP & Carrier Service Included
SIP channels and outside lines for US and Canada calling, inbound and outbound, plus caller ID name and a bundle of minutes, all inside what ASG charges. One provider, one invoice, no separate carrier to referee.
Managed VoIP vs. buying a cloud PBX yourself
Plenty of providers will sell you a phone system. The difference is who owns it after the invoice clears, and who picks up when a call flow breaks at 9 AM on a Monday.

| VoIP managed by ASG | DIY or carrier-sold VoIP | |
|---|---|---|
| Who patches the PBX | ASG, as part of the service | You, or nobody, until something breaks |
| Carrier & SIP | Included in what ASG charges | A separate vendor and a separate bill |
| Adds, moves & changes | You ask us; we do it remotely | A portal you have to learn, or a work order |
| Handset firmware | Pushed and tested centrally | Your problem, per phone |
| When call quality drops | One provider owns the whole path | Carrier blames your network, network blames the carrier |
| Disaster recovery | Backed up, with a tested recovery path | Hope the config was exported |
| Who answers your call for help | An engineer, in about four rings | A support queue that has never seen your setup |
What else you get
Extensions Everywhere
One extension rings your desk phone and the 3CX apps on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Transfer a call from your cell without giving out a different number.
Handsets Optional
SNOM, Yealink, or Fanvil handsets for people who want a real phone, softphones for those who don't. ASG provisions, deploys, and updates whichever you pick.
Call Routing
Digital receptionist, ring groups, and queues built around how you actually answer: who rings first, who backs them up, where a call goes after hours.
Call Recording
Record calls when you need the record: a compliance requirement, a training program, or settling what was agreed on a Tuesday afternoon.
Call Reporting
Volumes, who answered, wait times, abandoned calls, and which queues are underwater. The reporting most businesses never had from their phone company.
Adds & Changes
New hire, new extension, changed greeting, reworked call flow: you ask, we do it remotely. No carrier portal, no work order to move a phone.
Chat & Meetings
Presence, internal chat, voicemail and faxes delivered to your inbox, and web conferencing, all part of the platform rather than products to license separately.
CRM Integration
Server-side integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ConnectWise, Zendesk, Zoho and Outlook: calls pop the record, click-to-call works from the CRM.
Watched By Us
ASG monitors the system and the SIP service, so trouble surfaces on our screens before it surfaces in your lobby.

Porting numbers is where phone projects go wrong
The risk in a phone change isn't the phones, it's the day your main number moves. ASG scopes the call flows, builds and tests the new system alongside the old one, and provisions every handset before it lands on a desk. Because the carrier service is ours, the port is ours to manage too: there's no third party for you to chase when a number needs to move.
- ✓Call flows mapped before anything is built
- ✓Handsets provisioned and labeled ahead of cutover
- ✓The new system tested next to the old one
When did your IT provider last call you first?
Most IT waits for the phone to ring. ASG comes to you before there's something to call about. Here's the mechanism behind that, in writing.
Quarterly Risk Audits
Your Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) audits your environment against IT best practices and cybersecurity checks, quarterly for most clients, keeps your documentation current, and flags risk while it's still cheap to fix.
A vCIO Who Owns It
Your virtual CIO writes the policies, builds the rolling technology roadmap, and reviews risk directly with your leadership, so IT decisions get made ahead of the budget cycle instead of after an incident.
Findings Walked Through
That audit is a 317-question assessment across 46 categories. Your TAM and your vCIO each review and date every item, then the findings get walked through with you. Written in business terms, and they become next year's plan.
We'll be the most proactive partner you've ever worked with.
