Yes, and it's usually the first thing we do. The pattern that works is layered: a cellular or satellite link that can be live in days rather than months, a second path behind it so plan access, cameras, and time entry don't all stop together, and a permanent circuit ordered in parallel if the site will be there long enough to justify it. The trailer then gets built like a small office, with a real firewall and separate Wi-Fi for subcontractors and guests so nobody's laptop lands on your business network. We design it against the site, not against a template, because a two-year highway job and a six-week fit-out are not the same problem.

We run the environment they depend on: the servers or the cloud path, the workstations, the network from the office and from the field, identity and access, the backups, and the integrations between your project system and your accounting. Your software vendor supports the application itself, and we coordinate with them instead of guessing on your behalf. Microsoft 365 gets configured to best practice instead of left on defaults, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC get set up properly so someone can't send mail as your domain, and a dedicated security layer looks for display-name spoofing, lookalike domains, and the language patterns of payment-change fraud. Then we train the people who touch payments, because the last line is a human who pauses before changing bank details on an email. If one gets through, we own the response end to end instead of handing you a ticket number.

If the device is managed, you cut access the same day and wipe the company data off it without touching their personal photos. If it isn't managed, you're relying on them to delete it, which is not a control. Mobile device management is the difference, and it's the piece most contractors skip because everything works fine until the day it doesn't. We set it up across phones and tablets, company-owned and personal, and tie the offboarding to the same process that turns off email.

Only if federal or defense work puts controlled unclassified information in your hands, which for a contractor usually means building for a defense prime or on a federal site with a flow-down clause in the contract.
