“Even when we email their support, there is a follow-up phone call from them. I never feel like my questions or issues are not important. They also stick with a problem until there is an answer or a fix. I was seeing a message on my computer and they quickly remoted in to run scans to make sure everything was OK.”
Knowledgeable and proactive
“They keep me informed of ways to keep our IT up and running in a timely basis and they are very HIPAA proactive. Just recently Dave, the technician, set up our Director of Building Services with a portal that allows him to monitor our boilers remotely from his home computer. This enables him to check heat all night and to adjust the heat if needed. He also set up remote access to our outdoor cameras which Fred can see when plowing the snow needs to happen.”
